Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused or unworn, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at matthias@vamosstudios.be. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Tulpenlaan 18, 3583 Paal, Belgium.
Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then assess the issue and resolve it for you.
Exchanging
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the current item and purchase a new one separately once the return has been accepted.
Legal 14-Day Cooling-Off Period within the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing reasons. As with above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused or unworn, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
